We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to handle recruitment, employee management, attendance policies, and team coordination for our growing software company.
Responsibilities
- Handle employee recruitment and onboarding
- Manage attendance, leave, and HR policies
- Coordinate with teams
- Conduct employee reviews and performance tracking
- Maintain HR records and documentation
- Improve company culture and employee retention
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in HR management
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Experience using HR software/MS Excel
- Ability to manage multiple teams
- MBA HR preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
