We are seeking passionate Tribe Curators who thrive on connecting with people, understanding their growth journeys, and guiding them toward transformative experiences. This role is ideal for those fascinated by psychology, personal development, and community-building but who also want to actively engage and nurture potential tribe members through a personalized and thoughtful application process.
As a Tribe Curator, you will be the essential bridge between our community and the life-changing programs we offer. You'll lead conversations that help individuals discover the right transformational journeys, supporting their decisions with empathy, clarity, and deep understanding. Your role will include inspiring prospective members to take the next step toward joining our programs, helping them see the value and benefits tailored specifically to their needs.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct structured and meaningful conversations and interviews with prospective tribe members while guiding them through the application and enrollment process.
2. Understand and address the aspirations and concerns of individuals and help them make informed decisions about participating in transformational experiences.
3. Build rapport and trust, nurture leads through the decision-making process, and facilitate their commitment to join the tribe.
4. Collaborate closely with marketing and social media teams to maintain an active flow of potential tribe members and optimize engagement strategies.
5. Track and manage prospects through the enrollment journey to help maximize participation and impact.
6. Analyze member feedback and communication patterns to continuously improve outreach and conversion approaches.
Qualifications:
1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with fluent English proficiency.
2. Deep interest or experience in personal growth, mental wellness, or psychology.
3. Ability to quickly learn and apply concepts related to transformational education, client engagement, and conversion strategies.
4. Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
5. Empathetic, attentive, and skilled at building authentic relationships and guiding people toward meaningful commitments.
