Job Summary
Tekphlas Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive with hands-on experience in IT Recruitment and HR Operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, HR operations, and payroll coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical and client interviews.
- Release offer letters and complete onboarding formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and HRMS updates.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with the Finance team.
- Support PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Conduct employee induction and engagement activities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and HR MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies.

Educational Qualification

- MBA in Human Resources (HR)
- PGDM in Human Resource Management

Candidates with only a general graduation degree and no HR specialization will not be considered.Experience Required
- 0.6–2 years of experience in HR Recruitment and HR Operations.
- Experience in an IT Services, IT Staffing, Recruitment Consultancy, or Software Development company is mandatory.
- Experience in end-to-end IT Recruitment is required.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Good understanding of labor laws and HR processes.
- Experience with HRMS tools such as GreytHR, Keka, or Zoho People is an advantage.
- Immediate joiners or candidates are preferred.
