Job Overview: We are hiring dynamic and result-oriented professionals for the role of Senior Sales / Business Development Executive.
The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, handling end-to-end sales cycles, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across Smart City, ITS (Intelligent Transport Systems), Infrastructure, and Digital Display segments.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in Government, EPC, System Integrators (SI), and Private sectors
Generate leads through tender portals (GeM, eProcurement, etc.), networking, cold outreach, LinkedIn, and industry events
Handle complete sales cycle from lead qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure
Present company solutions including Smart VMS/VMD, LED Display Systems, Traffic & Road Safety Solutions, and Video Wall & Control Room Solutions
Build and maintain long-term client relationships with Government authorities, Infrastructure companies, and System Integrators
Track and evaluate relevant tenders and support proposal preparation
Coordinate with internal engineering, production, operations, and accounts teams for project execution
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify opportunities in Smart Cities, Highways, Metro, Airports, and Tunnel Projects
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Eligibility Criteria:
B.Tech / Diploma / MBA (Marketing preferred)
2–6 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development
Preferred industry exposure in ITS, Smart City, Infrastructure, LED Displays, Electronics, EPC, or Government Projects
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Understanding of B2B and Government sales cycles
Ability to read tender documents and technical specifications CRM and sales pipeline management knowledge
Target-driven and proactive mindset
