Inside Sales Specialist
Dr. Beema Clinic is looking for inside sales professional who sell clinical services over the call. Smart, confident, and enthusiastic Inside Sales Specialist to manage leads generated by marketing team & drive new consultation booking.

Key Responsibilities
· Handle sales calls with professionalism and empathy
· Communicate effectively with parents regarding child development concerns and available clinic services
· Convert quality leads provided by marketing team into confirmed consultation appointments
· Follow up consistently with parents to drive consultation bookings and therapy enrollments
· Clearly explain consultation benefits
· Coordinate with clinic admin to schedule and confirm consultation appointments
· Maintain and nurture leads through regular follow-ups and relationship building
· Maintain accurate call records, lead status, and client database
· Build strong trust and rapport with parents through empathetic communication
· Achieve monthly targets for consultations and therapy admissions
Required Skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong fluency in Malayalam and English
· Confident, persuasive, and professional telephone manner
· Strong listening skills with a consultative approach
· Ability to handle objections and convert enquiries into appointments
· Basic computer knowledge and CRM/data handling ability
· Ability to manage multiple follow-ups efficiently
· Positive, target-driven, and self-motivated attitude
Preferred Qualification
· Any Degree or Diploma
· Prior experience in telesales, customer relationship management, healthcare communication, or clinic sales
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Inside sales: 1 year (Required)
- Healthcare management: 1 year (Preferred)
