Perform in-process quality checks on raw materials, intermediates, and semi-finished medical devices.
Conduct chemical and physical testing to ensure compliance with specifications.
Monitor critical process parameters and document deviations.
Operate and maintain analytical instruments (e.g., pH meters, conductivity meters).
Ensure adherence to ISO 13485 and other relevant regulatory requirements.
Support validation and verification activities for new processes and equipment.
Investigate and document non-conformances.
Collaborate with production and R&D teams to resolve quality issues.
Maintain accurate records in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary QC documentation.
Pay: ₹18,544.10 - ₹22,922.13 per month
