Job Description: Billing & Planning Engineer (Civil)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Billing & Planning Engineer to join our team in Bathinda. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in billing and planning for construction projects and maintenance works.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify bills for construction and maintenance projects.
- Measure and validate work completed on-site against drawings and specifications.
- Track project costs, materials, and payments to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Develop project schedules, monitor progress, and update timelines.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and clients for smooth billing and planning processes.
- Maintain proper documentation for billing, contracts, and project records.
- Provide cost estimation and assist in budget preparation.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in project execution.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Graduate in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in billing and planning within construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of project billing, cost estimation, and planning tools.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project management software (MS Project/Primavera preferred).
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
