Job Overview
We are seeking a performance-driven Business Development Manager/Sales Manager to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving client acquisition, managing the full sales cycle, and developing strong relationships with B2B clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed monthly targets for new client acquisition and company revenue and maintain Company AOP.
- Manage and guide the business development team to achieve sales targets and ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage and convert both global and domestic leads using Zoho CRM, with a strong emphasis on pipeline development.
- Identify and reach out to potential clients using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calls, and email campaigns.
- Handle the complete sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Schedule and conduct business meetings and virtual conferences with decision-makers and content heads from top MNCs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign planning and lead nurturing.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA/PGDM with a focus on Sales and Marketing (preferred).
- 3 - 7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the service industry.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools.
- Effective email writing and client negotiation skills.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and networking abilities.
- Experience in working with international clients is a plus.
- Adaptive, self-motivated, and results-oriented professional.
