JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and career-oriented HR Executive to support Recruitment, Employee Onboarding, Attendance Management, HR Documentation, Payroll Coordination, Employee Engagement, and HR MIS.
The ideal candidate should have good communication and coordination skills, a positive attitude, and the willingness to learn complete HR operations. Freshers with relevant HR qualifications are welcome to apply.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, social media, colleges, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, selection, and joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Employee Onboarding and Documentation
- Manage joining formalities and employee onboarding.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, ID cards, and joining documents.
- Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
- Update employee master data and organizational records.
- Ensure proper collection and verification of employee documents.
Attendance and Leave Management
- Maintain attendance records for office and project-site employees.
- Monitor leaves, absenteeism, overtime, and missing attendance records.
- Coordinate with site supervisors for daily attendance and manpower information.
- Prepare monthly attendance summaries for payroll processing.
Payroll and Statutory Coordination
- Prepare and verify monthly payroll inputs.
- Verify attendance, leave, overtime, and applicable salary components.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Department for salary processing.
- Assist with PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and other statutory HR processes.
Employee Engagement and HR Operations
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations, and training programmes.
- Assist in employee grievance handling and internal communication.
- Support the implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and company procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
HR MIS AND REPORTING
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR MIS reports.
- Maintain recruitment, attendance, leave, and manpower reports.
- Prepare employee data and HR dashboards for management review.
- Ensure that HR records and reports are accurate and updated.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
- MBA in HR
- MHRM
- MSW
- BBA in HR
- Graduate with HR specialization
Final-semester candidates may also apply, provided they are available for full-time employment.

PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
- Candidates with HR internship experience will be preferred.
- Candidates residing in Surat or willing to relocate to Surat.
- Comfortable coordinating with office employees, field staff, and site supervisors.
- Experience in Infrastructure, EPC, Construction, Electrical, or Engineering companies will be an added advantage.
WORK REQUIREMENTS
- The position is primarily office-based in Surat.
- Occasional visits to project sites may be required.
- The candidate should be comfortable handling multiple HR responsibilities.
