Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Plant Head with expertise in Sheet Metal and Moulding operations to lead and manage overall plant activities. The candidate will be responsible for production, quality, efficiency, and team management in our manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee complete plant operations including production, quality, maintenance, and dispatch
- Manage sheet metal fabrication and moulding processes efficiently
- Ensure production targets are achieved with optimum resource utilization
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Maintain quality standards and ensure minimal rejection rates
- Monitor machine performance, maintenance schedules, and downtime
- Lead and supervise production, quality, and store teams
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards
- Coordinate with management for planning, budgeting, and reporting
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical, Production, or related field
- 12–20 years of experience in manufacturing (sheet metal & moulding mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of fabrication, press shop, and moulding processes
- Experience in handling plant operations and large teams
- Good leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
