To do that, we need creative geniuses who can turn "cement and bricks" or "tech and code" into viral, scroll-stopping content.

Your Daily Hustle
- Reel Machine: Script, shoot, and edit engaging Instagram Reels and TikTok-style videos. (Yes, you get to put on a hard hat and make aesthetic site transitions or funny office POV videos).
- Platform Hopper: Whip up witty captions and graphics for Facebook and LinkedIn. You'll be promoting our premium construction projects, our cool new tech products, and our awesome company culture.
- Trend Jacker: Spot viral trends, audio tracks, and memes early, and figure out how DDPL can jump on them.
- Culture Champion: Show the world what happens behind the scenes. Let’s make real estate look fun, fresh, and modern.
Who We’re Looking For
- The Creative Eye: You know how to frame a shot, edit on CapCut/Premiere Pro/InShot, and make things look clean.
- The Wordsmith: You can write a LinkedIn post that sounds professional yet punchy, and an Instagram caption that makes people laugh.
- The Vibe Check: You aren't afraid to get behind (or in front of) the camera. You have high energy and a "let's try it" attitude.
- Locals Only: Since you’ll be shooting at our office in Jaipur, you need to be based here.
