Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle Develop job descriptions and post openings Coordinate interviews and selection process Build strong talent pipelines 2. Employee Relations Maintain healthy employee-employer relationships Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues Foster a positive workplace culture 3. Performance Management Implement performance appraisal systems Monitor employee performance and productivity Support managers in goal setting and reviews 4. HR Operations Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination Maintain employee records and HR documentation Ensure smooth onboarding and exit processes 5. Compliance & Policies Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations Develop and update HR policies Conduct audits and maintain legal records 6. Training & Development Identify training needs and organize programs Support employee growth and career development Required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Leadership and team management ability Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws Problem-solving and conflict resolution Proficiency in MS Office and HR software Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
