Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Communications Executive to join our growing marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional passionate about fashion, storytelling, branding, and digital communication.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a flair for content creation, and an understanding of fashion and lifestyle trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing communication campaigns across digital and offline platforms
- Draft engaging copy for social media, emailers, website banners, blogs, WhatsApp campaigns, and brand communication
- Coordinate with internal teams including design, merchandising, PR, and social media
- Support campaign launches, seasonal promotions, designer collaborations, and store events
- Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual communication
- Help manage content calendars and campaign timelines
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and communication opportunities
- Assist in influencer outreach and coordination for campaigns and events
- Track campaign performance metrics and prepare basic reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Fashion Communication, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, communications, content, PR, or social media
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of fashion trends, and digital content formats
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of Canva, MS Office, or content management tools is a plus
- Interest in luxury, fashion, retail, and lifestyle industries
