Key Responsibilities
- Welcome walk-ins, conduct gym tours, and convert enquiries into memberships
- Follow up with all leads the same day no prospect left behind
- Initiate renewal calls 15 days before membership expiry
- Upsell PT programs, 4-Week Transformation packages, and supplements
- Handle member queries and complaints; escalate to Branch Head when needed
- Submit daily reports enquiry log, feedback, and EOD summary
- Maintain walk-in sheets, sale sheets, and CRM entries accurately
