About Us
Bethelon Technologies is an IT Training Institute dedicated to helping students build industry-ready technical and professional skills. We are looking for an enthusiastic trainer who can prepare students for campus placements and job interviews through aptitude and employability skill training.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging sessions on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability.
- Conduct Interview Preparation classes including HR and Technical interview guidance.
- Train students in Communication Skills, Group Discussions, Resume Building, and Workplace Etiquette.
- Conduct mock interviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Evaluate students through practice tests and assessments.
- Motivate students and improve their confidence for placements.
Training Duration
- Conduct a structured 15-day training program for each batch.
- Classes may be scheduled on weekdays or weekends based on batch availability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in Aptitude Training, Placement Training, or Soft Skills Training is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent aptitude, communication, and presentation skills may also apply.
- Strong English communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for mentoring and guiding students.
