Role Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical and growth-oriented Ecommerce Marketing Manager to drive online sales, customer acquisition, customer retention, and digital revenue growth across our D2C website and marketplaces.
The ideal candidate should understand fashion e-commerce, performance marketing, CRM, merchandising, customer journeys, conversion optimization, and marketplace growth. This role combines marketing, analytics, merchandising, and business ownership.
The candidate will be expected to manage online revenue targets and continuously improve customer acquisition costs, conversion rates, repeat purchases, and customer lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Growth
- Own monthly and annual online revenue targets.
- Drive growth across D2C website and online marketplaces.
- Plan and execute sales campaigns, seasonal launches, festive promotions, and collection launches.
- Monitor daily sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
Performance Marketing
- Manage Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital advertising channels.
- Optimize ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with agencies and internal creative teams.
- Scale profitable customer acquisition campaigns.
Website & Conversion Optimization
- Improve website conversion rates through A/B testing and user journey optimization.
- Optimize landing pages, category pages, product pages, and checkout funnels.
- Analyze customer behavior using Google Analytics, Shopify reports, and heatmap tools.
- Recommend UX improvements to increase sales.
CRM & Retention Marketing
- Own email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, SMS campaigns, and customer retention initiatives.
- Build customer segmentation strategies.
- Improve repeat purchase rates and customer lifetime value.
- Design loyalty, referral, and reactivation campaigns.
Merchandising & Product Performance
- Monitor product-level sales performance.
- Identify best sellers, slow movers, and inventory opportunities.
- Coordinate with design, inventory, and buying teams for assortment planning.
- Ensure proper product categorization, pricing, and promotions.
Marketplace Management
- Drive growth on platforms such as Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, Flipkart, Nykaa Fashion, and Tata Cliq.
- Monitor listings, content quality, visibility, ratings, and sales performance.
- Coordinate marketplace promotions and advertising activities.
- Improve organic ranking and conversion on marketplaces.
Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Track key metrics including:
- Revenue
- Traffic
- Conversion Rate
- ROAS
- CAC
- AOV
- Repeat Purchase Rate
- Customer Lifetime Value
- Marketplace Sales
- Present actionable insights to leadership.
Campaign & Brand Coordination
- Work closely with creative, content, design, photography, and social media teams.
- Ensure consistency across campaigns and customer touchpoints.
- Coordinate product launches and promotional calendars.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
