About the Role
We are looking for a process-driven and performance-oriented Sales & CRM Team Leader who can manage sales coordination, lead pipeline tracking, CRM discipline, and team performance.
This role is not limited to telecalling or basic team supervision. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring lead flow, improving conversion processes, handling escalations, and coordinating with multiple departments to ensure smooth business operations.
Candidates with strong experience in CRM management, sales coordination, follow-up systems, and team handling will be preferred.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Operations & Team Management
- Monitor daily sales activities, lead flow, and follow-up processes
- Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Guide and support team members in lead handling and client communication
- Conduct regular performance reviews and gap analysis
- Maintain discipline in CRM updates and reporting systems
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Manage the complete lead pipeline from inquiry to closure
- Track lead conversion ratios and follow-up efficiency
- Ensure proper lead allocation and response management
- Monitor and improve sales process execution
- Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting structure
Coordination & Escalation Handling
- Coordinate with operations, accounts, logistics, and support teams
- Monitor customer escalation cases and resolution timelines
- Identify recurring operational issues and support process improvement
- Ensure smooth communication between departments
Business Growth & Reporting
- Support business growth initiatives and sales planning
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Analyze performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
- Conduct competitor and market analysis
Required Skills

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates from B2B sales coordination or franchise business background preferred
- Experience in automotive, detailing, service, or distribution industries is an advantage
- Candidates with experience managing sales operations and reporting systems will be preferred
Important Note
This role focuses heavily on sales operations, CRM discipline, reporting, coordination, and process management.
Candidates looking only for field sales or telecalling roles may not be suitable for this position.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
