2. Accident and Incident Management
- Achieve zero or minimal workplace accidents/incidents.
- Timely and effective investigation of accidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Submission of incident reports within defined timelines.
3. Implementation of Safety Protocols
- Establish and enforce site-specific safety protocols and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines by all workers, contractors, and site visitors.
4. Regular Site Inspections and Audits
- Conduct weekly or bi-weekly safety inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Submit safety audit reports with actionable recommendations.
5. Safety Training and Awareness
- Conduct safety training sessions, toolbox talks, and refresher courses for all workers and contractors.
- Achieve 100% participation in safety training programs for all site personnel.
- Promote safety awareness to ensure adherence to safety practices.
6. Emergency Preparedness
- Develop and test emergency response plans (e.g., fire drills, evacuation procedures).
- Ensure readiness of first aid kits, firefighting equipment, and emergency response teams.
7. Monitoring and Enforcement of PPE Usage
- Ensure 100% compliance in the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Conduct random checks to enforce proper PPE usage by workers.
8. Hazard Identification and Risk Mitigation
- Identify hazards through regular risk assessments and implement preventive measures.
- Maintain a log of identified risks and the corrective actions taken.
9. Coordination with Project Teams
- Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and contractors to integrate safety into daily operations.
- Ensure alignment between safety protocols and the project schedule.
10. Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain records of all safety activities, including inspections, training sessions, and incidents.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly safety performance reports to management.
11. Contractor and Subcontractor Safety Compliance
- Ensure all contractors and subcontractors meet site safety standards.
- Conduct safety inductions for all new contractors before they start work.
