What You’ll Own (Key Responsibilities)
- System Architecture: Designing and scaling highly resilient, fault-tolerant backend infrastructures.
- Performance Tuning: Profiling application bottlenecks (CPU/Memory usage) and optimizing heavy database queries and Node.js event loops.
- Engineering Excellence: Leading code reviews, enforcing SOLID design principles, and establishing modern TDD/BDD testing patterns.
- Mentorship: Actively guiding and shortlisting high-potential junior/intern talent to scale our technical sub-teams.
Qualifications & Experience Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional backend engineering experience using Node.js (Required).
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of asynchronous programming, promises, and event loop management.
- Database Knowledge: Strong expertise in relational database optimization and writing complex, high-performance queries.
