- Experience: 4-5 years of hands-on project management experience, with a background in software development or IT infrastructure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to lead the IT team
- In-depth understanding of IT department operations, technologies and systems
- Knowledge of network administration, IT infrastructure, computer operating systems, data management and cloud computing
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum or Waterfall
- Well-developed organizational, problem-solving and prioritization skills
- Ability to facilitate information-sharing between teams and employees
- Understanding of risk analysis and risk management practices
- Budgeting and financial management skills, such as analytical thinking
- Project Planning: Define project scope, establish clear objectives, set achievable milestones, and secure necessary resources.
- Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., developers, analysts, IT administrators) ensuring smooth daily operations and task allocation.
