As we expand our digital footprint and modernize our customer acquisition pipeline, we are looking for a sharp, execution-focused Digital Growth Executive to join our core team in Hyderabad.
Role Overview
This is not a traditional "social media posting" job. We are looking for an in-house Performance Marketer & Sales Operations Operator. You will be the engine room of our growth strategy—responsible for managing our online reputation, running targeted lead-generation ad campaigns, setting up sales automation, and doing the initial screening of high-intent buyers before handing them over to our senior field sales executives.

- Experience: 1–3 years in digital marketing/sales operations (Real estate experience is a major plus, but a high tech-aptitude is mandatory. Sharp, hungry fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
- Design, launch, and optimize high-converting Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Lead Ads and Google Search Ads specifically targeted at IT professionals, corporate employees, and NRIs.
- Manage a dedicated monthly ad budget efficiently, focusing ruthlessly on lowering the Cost Per Qualified Lead (CPQL) rather than just chasing vanity metrics like "likes" or "clicks."
- Create clean, professional digital marketing collateral (brochures, WhatsApp catalogs, landing pages) that justify a premium project positioning.
2. Lead Operations & Filtering (The Inside Sales Desk)
- Act as the first point of contact for all incoming digital inquiries. Call digital leads within 10–15 minutes of submission to screen their intent, budget alignment, and investment timelines.
- Filter out casual browsers and hand over highly qualified, high-intent leads to the Sales Leader to schedule premium on-site visits.
3. CRM & System Automation
- Deploy and maintain a central CRM system (e.g., Zoho CRM or HubSpot) to ensure zero lead leakage.
- Log every interaction, set follow-up reminders for the field team, and build tracking dashboards for the Managing Director.
- Implement WhatsApp Business automation to nurture leads through their buying journey.
4. Reputation & Local SEO Management
- Consolidate, optimize, and actively manage the company's official Google Business Profile and other local listing directories.
- Drive continuous trust building by executing campaigns to gather verified 5-star reviews from our extensive 16-year database of happy past clients.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Technical Execution: Proven hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and custom audience targeting. (A live practical test will be part of the interview).
- CRM & Tools: Experience setting up and navigating a CRM and basic graphic tools (like Canva) for rapid asset creation.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Telugu. Strong phone etiquette is non-negotiable.
- Mindset: A data-driven, self-starting individual who thrives on ownership and wants to play a pivotal role in scaling a legacy brand.
