Position: Fixture Department Technician
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to understand fixture requirements for various manufacturing processes.
- Design, develop, and fabricate fixtures using CAD software and various machining tools.
- Conduct feasibility studies to determine the most cost-effective and efficient fixture solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (or equivalent work experience for 1-3 years).
- Proven experience in fixture design.
- Proficiency in CAD software for fixture design.
- Strong knowledge of machining tools and materials.
Position: M1TR Operator (Milling Machine Operator)
- Read and interpret engineering drawings to understand machining requirements.
- Set up M1TR milling machines by installing and adjusting cutting tools, fixtures, and workpieces.
- Program and adjust machine controls to achieve the desired dimensions and tolerances.
- Operate M1TR machines to mill, drill, and shape various materials, including metals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining is a plus.
- Proven experience as an M1TR Operator or similar role.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of machining tools, materials, and cutting speeds.
