We're looking for a driven and curious Sales & Business Process Automation Intern to join our team. In this role, you'll work at the intersection of sales strategy and technology helping us identify inefficiencies, design smarter workflows, and implement automation tools that allow our sales team to focus on what matters most: closing deals and building relationships.
This is a hands-on internship ideal for someone who is analytical, tech-savvy, and eager to see the direct business impact of their work.
What You'll Do
- Map and analyze existing sales and business workflows to identify bottlenecks, manual tasks, and automation opportunities
- Build and maintain automated workflows using tools such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM/automation platforms
- Support CRM management — data hygiene, pipeline tracking, lead scoring, and reporting dashboards
- Assist in designing email sequences, lead nurturing flows, and follow-up automation campaigns
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable process solutions
- Document new and improved processes, SOPs, and automation logic for team-wide adoption
- Track and report on key sales metrics, conversion rates, and automation performance
- Research new tools and technologies that can enhance sales productivity and business efficiency
Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹3,001.00 per month
