Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP PS (Project System) Lead with strong expertise in S/4HANA to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and enhancing SAP PS solutions, working closely with business stakeholders, and ensuring seamless integration across modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP S/4HANA functional specifications
- Candidates must have relevant Lead experience
- Configure and customize SAP PS module to align with business processes
- Design and manage project structures including WBS, Networks, Activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, FI/CO, SD, PP, PM) for integrations
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support
- Provide end-user training and create documentation (SOPs, manuals)
- Handle SAP PS development, enhancement, and support activities
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions aligned with business needs
- Manage tickets and ensure timely resolution as per SLA
- Participate in release management, validation, and testing cycles
- Work with global teams for support, enhancements, and issue resolution
- Contribute to continuous improvement and system optimization
Technical Skills Required
- Strong experience in SAP PS with S/4HANA
- Hands-on experience in:
- Project structuring & planning
- Costing, budgeting, and scheduling
- Material procurement & MRP
- Milestone billing and settlement
- Result analysis
- Expertise in integration with:
- FICO, SD, MM, CATS, HCM
- Experience in:
- SAP implementations, support, and global rollouts
- SAP enterprise structure and interface management
- Configuration, customization, and enhancements
- S/4HANA Certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of Variant Configuration is an added advantage

- Candidates must have relevant Lead experience
