Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Steel Building Design Engineer with expertise in structural steel design and detailing for industrial, commercial, and pre-engineered building (PEB) & MS Tube projects.
The candidate should have hands-on experience in structural analysis, drafting, and 3D modeling using industry-standard software.
*Key Responsibilities
Design and analyze steel structures, PEB buildings, MS Tube and industrial frameworks.
Prepare structural calculations, GA drawings, fabrication drawings, and detailing.
Develop 2D & 3D structural models and coordinate with project teams.*
Perform load calculations, connection designs, and structural stability checks.
*Coordinate with fabrication and site execution teams for design clarifications.
Ensure compliance with IS codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
Prepare BOQ, material estimates, and technical documentation.*
*Software Requirements
STAAD Pro
AutoCAD
3D Modeling Software (Tekla / Revit / Advance Steel or equivalent)
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of steel structure design and detailing.*
*Understanding of industrial sheds, warehouses, PEB, MS Tube and heavy steel structures.
Knowledge of structural standards and codes.*
Ability to read and prepare engineering drawings.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Qualification
B.Tech / Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Experience
2–5 Years in Steel Structure / PEB Design/ MS Tube
