Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage education agent partnerships across Sri Lanka.
- Promote international education programs and drive student recruitment.
- Identify and onboard new agents and recruitment partners.
- Achieve student enrollment and business development targets.
- Conduct agent meetings, presentations, and training sessions.
- Coordinate with agents throughout the admission process.
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional events.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain recruitment records and submit regular reports.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,958.09 per month
