Trek Coordinator:
We are looking for Fresh Minds as well exprienced Trek Coordinators in our operation department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with each confirmed trekker to adequately prepare them for their upcoming Himalayan Treks/Expedition.
- Ensuring trekkers are mentally and physically prepared for the trek ahead.
- Thoroughly discussing potential trek points with participants and addressing any inquiries.
- Adhering to company protocols in following up with trekkers.
- Handling all necessary reservations and maintaining follow-ups.
- Engaging in rate negotiations with vendors to secure cost-effective travel arrangements when necessary.
- Ensuring compliance with established travel policies and procedures.
- Providing round-the-clock support to trekkers throughout their excursions.
- Maintaining meticulous travel records and generating reports.
- Assisting with various administrative tasks as required.
- Conducting post-trek follow-ups to ensure participants had a fulfilling experience.
- Collaborating with senior staff to address any complaints and devise solutions.
- Soliciting Google Reviews and written feedback from trekkers.
- Keeping a detailed log of trek gear inventory.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience as a Trek Coordinator / Fresher will be joining as intern
- Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in prioritization and multitasking within a dynamic environment.
In-depth knowledge of Himalayan trekking operations and routes.
Familiarity with travel booking software and tools.
Swift and effective problem-solving skills.
Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate traveler needs, including non-standard hours.
Keen attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Travel, or a related field.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
