Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Laser Etching Supervisor to oversee laser marking and etching operations, ensure production targets are achieved, maintain quality standards, and lead the laser etching team in a safe and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily laser etching production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the production plan.
- Set up and operate laser etching machines when required.
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with customer specifications.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Planning departments.
- Maintain production records, shift reports, and machine logs.
- Ensure proper machine maintenance and report any breakdowns.
- Train and guide operators on machine operation and safety procedures.
- Implement 5S and safety practices in the work area.
- Reduce rejection, rework, and machine downtime through continuous improvement.

Qualification

Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Laser Etching or Laser Marking operations in a manufacturing/automobile industry.
- Experience in supervising production teams will be an added advantage.
Salary
As per company policy and candidate experience.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
