About the Role
Advantal Technologies is looking for an experienced and motivated Team Lead – Web UI (ReactJS) to lead the design, development, and delivery of modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in ReactJS, excellent leadership abilities, and the capability to mentor developers while ensuring the successful execution of frontend projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of ReactJS-based web applications.
- Architect scalable, reusable, and high-performance frontend solutions.
- Guide and mentor frontend developers by conducting code reviews and promoting best development practices.
- Collaborate with business analysts, UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA teams, and project managers to deliver quality software.
- Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and performance optimization techniques.
- Participate in requirement analysis, sprint planning, estimation, and technical discussions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and recommend improvements where applicable.
Minimum Qualification
- MCA or B.Tech./B.E. in Computer Science & Engineering / Information Technology with a minimum of 65% marks or CGPA 6.5 (on a scale of 10) from a reputed institution.
Essential Skillset
- Strong proficiency in ReactJS and related frontend technologies including JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with frontend architecture, component-based development, state management, and REST API integration.
- Strong understanding of responsive web design and modern UI development practices.
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent command of the English language (reading, writing, and speaking).
Desirable Skillset
- Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
- Experience with frontend build tools and package managers.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Web UI Development using ReactJS.
- Prior experience leading frontend teams or projects will be an added advantage.
