HubSpot CRM Specialist (B2B SaaS - Rewards/Loyalty/Incentives)
Job location –Bangalore
Experience – 3- 5 years
Salary range 15 -25 lacs P.A
Ideal Candidate
- Strong RevOps / Sales Engineering Profile with end-to-end HubSpot CRM ownership
- Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 3+ years of sales engineering / sales operations experience with atleast recent 2+ years in B2B SaaS Product companies in Rewards/Loyalty/Incentives domain
- Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have atleast recent 2+ years of expert-level, end-to-end HubSpot CRM management experience from an admin point of view, covering both the sales side and the marketing side
- Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have owned entire lifecycle management on HubSpot, having managed at least 200+ employees/users on the platform (across sales, marketing, and CSM/CAM roles)
- Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have experience building sales pipeline, forecasting, and sales automation frameworks across the funnel
- Mandatory (Tech skill 1) – Must have strong data analytics, market research, and analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Mandatory (Tech skill 2) – Must have expert-level experience with HubSpot CRM, email cadence tools, sales data tools, sales databases, and AI tools in marketing
- Mandatory (Company) – Must come from a B2B SaaS company in a similar domain — Rewards, Loyalty, or Incentives

· Key Responsibilities
· 1.Outstanding problem solving & data skills to map customer or sales funnel into a repeatable & scalable process across the company.
· 2.Create unique data driven sales processes across the sales funnel right from MQLs to conversions to upsell/cross-sell.
· 3.Able to build a sales pipeline, forecasting, and sales automation framework across the sales funnel.
· 4.Should have extremely hands-on experience of mapping sales processes into workflows and bringing efficiencies & scale through sales/marketing automation tools. Streamline processes and drive best practices within the team
· 5.Manage the Hubspot CRM, email cadences, outbound & inbound sales processes, sales pipeline, sales growth hacks.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
