About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern who is interested in gaining hands-on experience in Human Resource operations, recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and organizational processes. This internship is designed to provide practical exposure to core HR functions and help build a strong foundation in people management and workplace operations.
The selected candidate will work closely with the HR team and support day-to-day HR activities while learning about talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, compliance, documentation, and internal coordination.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Assist the HR team in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate with applicants regarding interview status, feedback, and selection process.
- Assist in preparing job descriptions for various open positions.
- Support in posting job openings across multiple recruitment platforms.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases for internal records.
Employee Onboarding Process
- Assist in onboarding newly hired employees and interns.
- Coordinate collection of employee documents during joining formalities.
- Prepare onboarding documents, offer letters, internship letters, and related documentation.
- Support orientation sessions and introduction of company policies to new employees.
- Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is properly organized.
3. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance reports, and internal HR documentation.
- Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks and internal employee coordination.
- Assist in preparing HR-related reports, trackers, and organizational records.
- Help maintain confidentiality of employee information and company records.
- Coordinate internal approvals and HR documentation workflows.
4. Employee Engagement Activities
- Support planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and internal activities.
- Assist in organizing team meetings, company events, and employee communication activities.
- Coordinate internal surveys and employee feedback collection processes.
- Help build initiatives that improve employee participation and workplace culture.
5. Attendance & Leave Management
- Assist in monitoring employee attendance records and leave management systems.
- Support verification and updating of attendance data for internal reporting.
- Coordinate with employees regarding attendance discrepancies and leave documentation.
- Maintain records related to employee attendance compliance.
6. HR Documentation & Compliance Support
- Maintain employee files and ensure HR documentation is updated regularly.
- Assist in preparing employment contracts, warning letters, policy communication, and HR notices.
- Support the team in maintaining compliance-related documentation as per company requirements.
- Help track employee probation, internship timelines, and employment records.
7. Performance Tracking & Coordination
- Assist in maintaining employee performance trackers and reporting formats.
- Coordinate with reporting managers for performance review documentation.
- Support in preparing internal reports related to employee productivity and department updates.
- Help monitor internship progress and employee review cycles.
8. Learning & Development Support
- Assist in scheduling training sessions and employee development programs.
- Coordinate learning materials and internal training documentation.
- Support preparation of employee skill development initiatives.
- Help track participation and completion of training programs.

Eligibility Criteria
- Pursuing or completed MBA (HR), BBA, BCom, BA, or any degree
- Freshers or candidates looking for practical HR experience can apply
