Job Description – Home Room Teacher (Primary Section)
Location:
The Suraka School, Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all core subjects for primary grade students.
- Create a caring, engaging, and positive classroom environment.
- Develop lesson plans and conduct interactive classroom activities.
- Support students in academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development.
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress.
- Encourage creativity, confidence, discipline, and independent learning among students.
- Assess student performance and maintain classroom records.
- Organize classroom activities, celebrations, and student engagement programs.
- Ensure safety and well-being of children at all times.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or relevant field.
- B.Ed. qualification preferred.
- Prior experience in primary teaching is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for working with young children.
- Patient, energetic, creative, and nurturing personality.
Preferred Skills:
- Activity-based and child-centered teaching approach.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and engage primary students effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge for academic documentation and communication.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
