What You'll Be Responsible For

- Sales Target Achievement – achieving monthly enrollment and revenue targets through consistent follow-ups and effective counseling.
- Education Counseling – guiding learners with honest, career-focused advice.
- Relationship Management – building long-term trust with students and partners.
- Backend Operations – coordinating smoothly across teams and systems.
- Operational Support – ensuring quality execution and process discipline.
Performance Expectations
- Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Ensure timely follow-up of assigned leads.
- Maintain high lead-to-enrollment conversion rates.
- Keep CRM records updated accurately.
- Deliver an excellent learner experience throughout the admission process.
