We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Business Development Associates to work on a commission basis.
Job Role:
- Identify and connect with potential clients across various industries
- Generate leads and develop new business opportunities
- Promote and market the company's manpower and staffing solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with:
- Security Agencies
- Housekeeping Companies
- Facility Management Companies
- Corporate Clients
- Industrial and Commercial Establishments
- Understand client manpower requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team
- Negotiate and close business deals
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and clients
- Achieve business targets through independent networking and outreach
