- Generally responsible for quoting the tender thorugh GEM / Central Proc etc .
- Coordination and close liaison with in-house and external designers, procurement department, and civil estimation team.
- Coordination and preparation of technical and commercial tender.
- Good knowledge of estimation process, tendering and interpretation of drawings, specifications, floating inquiries, evaluation of quotations, and pre & post-tender activities.
- Filing and Documentation.
- Experience in the interior design and construction industry
- Knowledge of market rates of interior and civil items.
- Good knowledge of existing suppliers and vendors.
Experience: 1-3 years in the same role.
