Looking for an HR professional with strong experience in Talent Acquisition & HR Operations, including end-to-end hiring, onboarding, payroll coordination, HR MIS, and employee lifecycle management.
- Startup / Automotive / EV / Manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong stakeholder management & Excel/HR MIS skills
- Experience hiring corporate & technical/blue-collar manpower
- Own end-to-end recruitment from manpower requirement to joining.
- Source, screen and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage offers, negotiations and joining formalities.
- Maintain hiring tracker and ensure closure within defined TAT.
- Build talent pipelines for recurring roles including technicians, sales, TSMs, ASMs
- Manage onboarding, employee documentation, attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and maintain employee master data.
- Track probation, confirmation, transfers, exits and F&F.
- Maintain HR MIS, manpower reports and organizational structure.
- Support employee engagement and grievance resolution.
- Develop and improve HR SOPs and processes.
