We are seeking a Senior Associate – Oracle Cloud Compensation & Benefits Functional to support and enhance Oracle Fusion HCM applications within a Managed Services (AMS) environment.
This role is responsible for the end-to-end configuration, support, and continuous improvement of Compensation and Benefits modules. The individual will ensure accurate execution of compensation cycles and seamless benefits administration, aligned with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and global best practices.
The role requires strong functional expertise, hands-on AMS support experience, and the ability to work independently in a client-facing environment.
6+ years of hands-on experience in End-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Compensation and Benefits modules
Strong AMS / production support experience
Hands-on in: Compensation cycles & salary planning, Benefits enrollment & lifecycle management, Incident, SR, and enhancement handling
Experience in Fast Formulas (Comp & Benefits)
Knowledge of integrations with Payroll, Core HR, Absence, Talent
Ability to work independently in client-facing environments
Configure and support Oracle Compensation & Benefits modules (end-to-end)
Manage compensation cycles: merit, bonus, promotions, adjustment
Configure plans, eligibility, workflows, worksheets, and budgets
Support benefits lifecycle: enrollment, life events, rates, dependents
Handle Open Enrollment and mid-year changes
Manage AMS activities: incidents, service requests, enhancements, configuration
Troubleshoot production issues & post-go-live support
Ensure integration with Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent
Support year-end cycles and continuous improvements
Work with global (US & international) compensation & benefits practices
Compensation Management

Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Compensation.

Configure compensation plans, salary components, bonus/incentive structures.

Set up eligibility profiles, approval workflows, and compensation cycles.

Support merit, bonus, promotion, and adjustment processes.

Manage worksheets, budgets, guidelines, and validation rules.

Partner with HR and stakeholders to translate compensation strategies into system configurations.

Benefits Management

Design and configure benefit plans, programs, options, and eligibility.

Configure rates, coverage, life events, dependents, and beneficiaries.

Support open enrollment, mid-year changes, and qualifying life events.

Manage end-to-end benefits administration and enrollment workflows.

Ensure compliance with regional regulations and policies.

Support integration across Benefits, Payroll, and Core HR.
