✅ Driving property sales and revenue growth
✅ Managing and mentoring a team of Sales Managers & Sales Executives
✅ Generating and converting high-quality leads
✅ Setting monthly targets and ensuring team achievement
✅ Training, coaching, and developing team members
✅ Advising clients on market trends and property investments
We're Looking For:
✅ 5+ years of Real Estate Sales experience
✅ Team handling experience (minimum 5 members)
✅ Strong leadership and communication skills
✅ Excellent knowledge of local real estate markets
✅ Fluent in Hindi & English
✅ Graduate/Postgraduate
