Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Café Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in café, restaurant, or hospitality management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the café.
- Supervise, train, and motivate café staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness are maintained.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement of supplies.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate with suppliers when required.
- Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate workforce planning.
- Track sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations.
- Monitor operational costs and control expenses to achieve profitability.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in café, restaurant, or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Experience in inventory management and cost control.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
