Job Role:
We are looking for an active and smart Talent Recruitment Executive to identify, recruit, coordinate, and onboard influencers, models, anchors, photographers, videographers, makeup artists, celebrities, and other creative talents for the EBSA Outreach platform.
Responsibilities:
Finding and recruiting talents through Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram, agencies, colleges, events, auditions, references, direct contacts, and social media platforms
Searching for influencers, models, anchors, actors, creators, photographers, editors, makeup artists, dancers, voice artists, and other talents across Kerala and India
Direct communication with talents through calls, WhatsApp, Instagram DM, email, and social media
Building and maintaining detailed Excel sheets and talent databases with complete profile details
Collecting and verifying profile information including photos, contact details, Instagram IDs, follower counts, portfolio links, experience, pricing, and location
Helping talents complete application forms and profile submissions correctly
Reviewing applications submitted directly through the EBSA platform and coordinating corrections if required
Verifying authenticity and quality of profiles before approval
Following up with pending applications and incomplete registrations
Coordinating with management regarding talent approvals and onboarding
Researching trending influencers and upcoming talents for onboarding
Maintaining organized records and updating databases regularly
Supporting talent onboarding campaigns and recruitment drives
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment, social media management, coordination, marketing, or related field preferred
Good communication skills in Malayalam and English
Active social media knowledge, especially Instagram and Facebook
Basic Excel and Google Sheets knowledge is mandatory
Ability to identify quality talents and influencers
Smart communication and follow-up skills
Interest in media, influencer marketing, entertainment, or talent management industry
Freshers with strong social media and communication skills can also apply
