Purpose: The Regional GID Relationship Manager will act as a senior regional interface within the GID Relationship Model. The role will provide strategic relationship coordination, early pursuit visibility, and practical support to help pursuit and delivery teams engage the most suitable GID offices and focal points. It will also support alignment across Sales, Operations, Capture Managers, and GID stakeholders while preserving established ownership and working relationships.
The Role
As a Manager I, Project Delivery Services with Worley , you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.
- Provide regional visibility of GID demand, capability, capacity, and office networks.
- Connect pursuit teams with appropriate GID focal points and partners based on scope, expertise, capacity, and opportunity needs.
- Support early-stage GID engagement until the relevant GID Capture Manager is assigned.
- Improve coordination between Sales, Operations, Capture Managers, and GID stakeholders during pre-award activity.
- Respect existing Home Office–to–GID Office relationships and KAM interfaces, without creating additional approval steps or bottlenecks.
- Use performance insights and relationship knowledge to support informed decisions and improved business outcomes.
- The Regional GID Relationship Manager will report to the Global GID Relationship Manager, supporting enterprise-wide alignment, cross-regional visibility, and consistency across the GID Relationship Model while preserving regional ownership and established operating relationships.
