- Counsel prospective students about the company’s stock market courses, training programs, and mentorship services.
- Understand students’ learning requirements, career goals, and interests.
- Explain course details, benefits, duration, fees, and available offers clearly.
- Handle leads received through calls, WhatsApp, website inquiries, and other channels.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert qualified leads into enrollments.
- Build strong and professional relationships with students and prospects.
- Address student queries and objections regarding courses and enrollment.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, counseling sessions, and admissions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the reporting manager.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills in both Hindi and English are required.
- Strong counseling, convincing, and presentation skills.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
- Confident, positive, and self-motivated personality.
- Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Basic knowledge of the stock market and financial markets will be an added advantage.
