We are looking for an ambitious, travel-passionate Travel Consultant Intern to join our team. This isn't just a desk job—it’s a career track. If you perform exceptionally well during your internship, you will transition into a permanent, full-time role with us via a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO).
In this role, you will be the architect behind unforgettable journeys. You will manage customer inquiries, design customized travel itineraries, handle bookings, and ensure our travelers have a seamless experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Itinerary Design: Craft engaging, realistic, and highly customized travel itineraries (domestic and international) tailored to client preferences and budgets.
- Lead Conversion & Sales: Handle incoming travel inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp, understanding the client’s needs and converting leads into bookings.
- Vendor & Booking Coordination: Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and local operators to secure competitive rates and ensure seamless logistics.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients before, during, and after their trips to ensure maximum satisfaction and handle any real-time travel hitches.
- Market Research: Keep up-to-date with trending destinations, entry requirements, and hidden gems to offer expert advice to clients.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Passion for Travel: Deep interest in geography, destinations, and exploring new cultures.
- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi to confidently guide clients.
- Sales Orientation: A natural persuasive streak and problem-solving mindset; previous experience in customer service or sales is a huge plus.
- Tech-Savvy: Quick at using Google Maps, itinerary building tools, spreadsheets, and messaging platforms.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to double-check hotel bookings, train/flight timings, and client details to ensure zero room for error.
