Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Bag Factory Incharge to manage complete factory operations for sports bags, cricket bags, backpacks, duffel bags, travel bags, and related products.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily factory and production operations.
- Supervise workers and monitor productivity.
- Maintain employee attendance and discipline.
- Plan production as per order sheets and delivery schedules.
- Ensure timely order completion and dispatch.
- Coordinate with clients, sales, stores, and dispatch teams.
- Maintain product quality and minimize production delays and wastage.
- Prepare daily production reports and ensure smooth factory operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in bag manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of sports bags, cricket bags, backpacks, duffel bags, travel gear, and related accessories.
- Good leadership, production planning, and team management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
