About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage customer communication, coordinate orders, and build strong long-term relationships for our FASTENERS manufacturing facility. The role also supports business growth by onboarding and managing key customers while ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries, orders, and regular follow-ups
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams
- Update customers on order status and delivery timelines
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain accurate customer and order records
- Support onboarding and management of new and key customers
- Prepare basic customer updates and performance reports for the Managing Director
Skills Required
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong follow-up and customer handling ability
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email)
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
Preferred Background
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial customer handling will be an advantage
Eligibility Criteria
- Gender: Male/Female both
- Marital Status: Married
- Education: Graduate (any stream)
- Experience: 3–5 years in CRM / Customer Support / Client Handling
- Location Constraint: Candidate should reside within 30 minutes travel time from the factory.
