We are hiring an experienced Salesforce Revenue Cloud Technical Lead to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce Revenue Cloud (RLM) solutions. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce, Quote-to-Cash processes, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud (RLM, approvals, pricing)
- Design and manage product, pricing, discounting, and approval workflows
- Handle contract lifecycle, renewals, amendments, and billing integrations
- Act as technical and functional lead for Salesforce delivery teams
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
- Guide development using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Revenue Cloud configurations
- Manage integrations with ERP, Finance, and Order Management systems
- Lead sprint planning, releases, UAT, and production support
- Mentor and support Salesforce developers and admins
Required Skills
- 7+ years of Salesforce experience with 3+ years in a Lead role
- Strong hands-on with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (RLM)
- Experience in Sales Cloud and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C)
- Expertise in pricing, approvals, renewals, amendments, and usage-based billing
- Hands-on with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum
Good to Have
- Experience with Revenue Recognition
- Integration with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite
- Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business models
- Salesforce CPQ, Billing, or Industries CPQ
- DevOps tools like Copado or Gearset
- Salesforce Certifications
