Position: Medical Superintendent
Location: Raigad Hospital and Research Centre
Qualification & Eligibility (As per NMC Norms):
- MBBS with MD/MS/DNB from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 10 years of teaching experience in a recognized medical college/institution.
- At least 5 years of experience as Professor.
- Experience in hospital administration, NABH/NMC compliance, quality management, and healthcare operations will be preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall administration and management of the teaching hospital.
- Ensuring compliance with NMC, NABH, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordination with clinical, nursing, administrative, and support departments.
- Monitoring patient care services, quality standards, and hospital operations.
- Managing manpower, infrastructure, and resource utilization.
- Liaising with regulatory authorities and institutional management.
Salary: 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 per month
