Ambica Dhatu Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and experienced Export & Import Professional to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end Export & Import operations
Strong knowledge of international trade and logistics
Handle customs clearance and documentation processes
Coordinate shipping activities and negotiate with freight forwarders/shipping lines
Conduct supplier communication and support procurement activities
Manage import-related negotiations and vendor coordination
Prepare and maintain export/import records, reports, and MIS
Handle professional email communication with overseas clients and vendors
Ensure compliance with trade regulations and company policies
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in Export & Import operations
Knowledge of Customs procedures and trade documentation
Understanding of shipping and logistics negotiations
Good communication and email drafting skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
Knowledge of AEO -T2 (Authorized Economic Operator) certification/processes will be an added advantage
Strong negotiation and coordination abilities
Valid driving license preferred
