Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and student-focused Academic Advisor to guide students through their overseas education journey. The ideal candidate will provide academic counseling, assist with university selection, support application processes, and help students make informed decisions regarding international study opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents on study-abroad opportunities, including course selection, university options, and destination countries.
- Assess students' academic profiles, career goals, and eligibility for various programs.
- Provide accurate information on admission requirements, application procedures, tuition fees, scholarships, and visa processes.
- Assist students in preparing and submitting university applications and supporting documents.
- Guide students on personal statements, Statements of Purpose (SOPs), resumes, and recommendation requirements.
- Track application progress and maintain regular communication with students throughout the admission cycle.
- Coordinate with international universities, admission offices, and partner institutions.
- Keep up to date with changes in admission policies, visa regulations, and education trends across major study destinations.
- Conduct student counseling sessions, seminars, webinars, and educational events.
- Maintain accurate student records and CRM/database updates.
- Support students with pre-departure guidance and orientation.
- Achieve assigned student enrollment and conversion targets while maintaining high service standards.
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
