We're looking for a passionate Business Development Executive who enjoys connecting with people, generating leads, and helping businesses grow through creative digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, cold calling, and networking.
- Identify potential clients and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital services.
- Prepare quotations and proposals with support from the design team.
- Follow up consistently to convert leads into projects.
- Maintain client records and sales pipeline in CRM.
- Coordinate with the Creative, UI/UX, and Marketing teams during project onboarding.
- Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and revenue targets.
Required Skills
- 1+ year of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good negotiation and client relationship abilities.
- Basic knowledge of websites, branding, UI/UX, and digital marketing services.
- Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in an IT company, digital agency, or software company is preferred.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing, or lead generation tools is an advantage.

- 80+ qualified leads per month
- 20+ client meetings scheduled
- 5+ proposals submitted monthly
- 2–3 new client conversions per month
